Come for the sun,
stay for the festivals… Many of the people who visit this area enjoy the
festivals and events held throughout the year. The Sun Fun Festival and
parade, the Grand Strand Fishing Rodeo, the Holiday Celebration, and
Vivacity are just a few of the many events held here. The local Chamber of
Commerce offices have complete events calendars.

If this rental is
for a group under the age of 25 dates will run from Sunday to Saturday only
NO EXCEPTIONS also the deposit is $75 per person (You have to have at least
half the house accommodates covered with the deposit.)
Check In - Check in is mandatory
between 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Cherry Grove Beach
house office permitting your house is ready. If found in a unit before
you have checked in there will be trespassing charges. Guest is fully responsible
for the house during their stay. Please call for special instructions on
late arrivals. If you are going to be late please call the office to let
someone know. Only person with contract in their name will be able to pick
up the keys to house. If you are 25 years old or younger and have not
presented yourself as such, you will be asked to leave with no money back. ,
Check Out - 10a.m.sharpe if earlier
please leave key in mail -box at our office. Every hour late checking
out, or if you go back to the house after handing in the keys at office you
will be billed 1 day of rental rate.
Reservations - Security deposit will hold
the unit and puts you in a binding contract with CGBH. This must be
received within five (5) business days after reservations have been made. A
prepayment of one-half the balance due must be paid 60 days before your
arrival. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Must be paid in full
before arrival. We accept personal checks for security deposits only; all
other payments may be made by money order, certified checks, major credit
card or cash. Please state unit number and reservation date on all
payments. We will not accept personal or business checks if the check is
received within 30 days of your arrival date.
Upon Arrival - Please check your unit
thoroughly upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that your unit is
cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please
report all discrepancies immediately to our office to insure that the
problem is resolved and that you will not be held responsible. Rates - Rental
rates are based on time of year, location of unit and size of unit. All
rates are subject to 6% sales tax and 5% accommodations tax.
Cancellation Policy -All cancellations must be made
in writing and post marked at least 90 days prior to arrival date to receive
money back. With Cancellations there will be 50% of the security deposit
deducted or the renter can choose to put the full Security Deposit toward a
future rental with Cherry Grove Beach Houses. Cancellations take up to
30 days after receiving the cancellation letter to be returned to the
renter. If the cancellation is made within 90 days of arrival
the unit will have to be re-rented to receive any money or credit back.
Security Deposits - If this is for family
re-fundable security deposit is $150.00 If this is for a group under the age of 25
re-fundable security deposit
will be $75 per person Some smaller condos are at a set rate of $400.00.
which is due to the items in the house and damages could be larger. the unit is found to
be clean (refer to Departure Cleaning) with no evidence of damage, loss of
rental keys, excessive dirt on carpet or left trash in unit or dishes, and
checkout is on time your security deposit will be refunded 30 days
from your departure date. If any of the able mentioned applies to your
occupancy, deduction will be made from the deposit. If your security
deposit does not cover the amount required we will bill you for the
difference. Certain weeks and situations, such as per person and extra
large groups may require a larger security deposit.

Departure Cleaning
Fee - Rental rate

does not include Washing dishes and putting them away clean, and Remove all trash from house or improperly
placed trash. Stained carpet or excessively dirty unit also not checking out
on time. If there house that is a duplex or triplex all units
will sharing property damages. If there is left over trash dishes or
anything asked for you do be aware of during your stay the deductions will
be anywhere from $50 to $200 for excessive dirtiness if necessary.
Pet
Fee- Not all houses take pets there will be a non- refundable fee depending
on size and weight.
Taxes: Also add in a 12% Accommodation tax to get your total.
There is also a deposit $150 for family and $75 per person for groups
under the age of 25(Exception units sleeping smaller than 6 is $300.
Pets - We do accept pets in some
units. There will be a nonrefundable pet fee required along with security
deposit. If damage from pet exceeds pet fee, other deductions will be made
from the security deposit. If pet is found in unit without fee or house
acceptance pet fee will be deducted from deposit or this could lead to your
eviction.
Washers & Dryers - We offer FREE
washers and dryers in the units that have laundry facilities listed, not
coin operated. ( Exception Carpe Diem they are $1.00 shared by both units
Parking - Please observe the following:
Parking at most units is limited each unit has 4 parking spaces, condo's
only 1 spaces open, 3 vehicles for The Manning Annex, and larger houses
6 parking spaces. Please bring as few cars as possible. Otherwise you could
be asked to use a public parking area close by. We have several duplexes
and triplexes that the parking area must be shared. Parking permits are
required.
Occupancy Limit-
Our units have an occupancy limit. We ask that you abide by our limits
to each rental unit. This could lead to a large fine from fire
dept.
Linens - No linens or towels come furnished
neither do paper products, soap products and Cleaning products.
Locked closet - Many units have closets that
are used for storage. These areas are not included in any rental. Please do
not try to force entry to these closets.
Ask about next year - Before check-out stop by our
office. You may choose to let your security deposit stand for next year's
reservation. This enables you to get the house you want in advance and pay
the balances when you are able too.
Swimming Pools - If you are renting a unit
that has pool access, please follow all pool rules. By avoiding these
rules, occupancy will be terminated without refund.
NO HOUSE PARTIES - The management of Cherry Grove Beach Houses strives to
make your vacation as worry-free as possible. We care about you and your
friends, therefore our houses are for lodging use only. There is No house
parties at any point of time during your stay permitted. The town of cherry
grove enforces a crew few at 11:00pm (which means you need to start settling
down at 11:00pm if at the beach house this doesn't mean that you need to be
in the house by 11pm just if you are at the house at 11pm then you need to
settle down for other residents of Cherry Grove Beach there is a noise ordinance. If at any time during your stay you need
us, we are always at your service. Call our office local or 800418-9279
start leaving a message and some one will return your call ASAP. Thank you!
We are offering $100.00 off rent for Active Military
(need to run full week).
Repeat Guests, Locals will get a 10% off rent. (Exception ocean front units)
