LOCATION: The beach is directly across the street, providing easy access for sand and surf; with a beach access point directly infront of the home. You'll also find a grocery store, ice-cream shop, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife just a few blocks away, all within walking distance.
FEATURES: Take advantage of a large swimming pool, open 24/7 for your relaxation and enjoyment. This property includes bed sheets, bath towels, and washcloths for your convenience. It is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, ready to accommodate your groups's needs. Free parking is available on the property, with space for up to 8 cars. The in-unit laundry room includes both a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome, there is a $300 fee per pet that can be paid online or upon arrival.

A wonderful stay in SC!
We brought a frisbee team from up north down to Cherry Grove Beach Houses for our spring break trip, and this property (along with renting the neighboring property) was exactly what we needed. We filled every bed in the house but had plenty of space to hang out and cook for all 46 of us! We are truly grateful to have had such a good time at a quality property within our student budgets. The whole renting experience was very smooth, and it felt like our host was there to help with any problem we would have. Thank you!

Owner was extremely friendly and able to work with us for all accommodations. House was great location with a beautiful porched in area between the two homes

Great vacation
The house was great. Does need some minor repairs and some of the windows needed cleaned, it was enough for our family, I fell we needed another fridge due to having 15 people, there was 2 extra but neither was plugged in. We definitely will be back enjoyed the house and the area! Thank you so much!

Comfortable and Affordable
The house was large enough for our group of 14. We had ages from 4 to 44. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the grocery store is two blocks away. You get what you pay for as the house is dated and needs some repairs but for the price and closeness to everything well worth it.
